Something New

Food has always been at the centre of how I work — but this August, I'm bringing it somewhere new.

Together with Katia Florean of Le Lithe Body, I'm co-hosting The Well Within — a four-day residential retreat at Cedar Springs, Kiama, designed around one idea: that what you eat is one of the most powerful tools you have for restoring your health.

Every meal across the four days is prepared by me — health-aligned, seasonally driven, and crafted with the same care and intention I bring to every table. Not "clean eating". Not restriction. Extraordinary food that also happens to nourish you at a cellular level.

Katia leads the health education — gut health, hormones, inflammation, energy, sleep. I take care of the table.

Together, we've built something we're genuinely proud of.
